where to get the bus/tram stop

I can't find anywhere to get a bus/tram combined station. Very incovenience under some situation.

You used to be able to purchase it through the in game store which I understand is no longer working

you can still use the ingame store but you need steam credit/ money in your steam wallet to work. you know how much is in ur steam wallet because it says so next to the minimise button on the top left

I have money on my Stean wallet. But the question is, there shows me nothing in the ingame store when I open it.
