Looking for an old usermap, "Outworld" by James Thies
Way back in the DOS days one of my favorite Duke maps was Outworld by James Thies (he also made Endworld and Pigworld). I've since lost it in a disk crash and have been looking for it for years now.
It was available on a site called Greg's Single Player Maps - which has been offline for years - and Thies' personal site which is also gone.
I've checked Duke4, the Dukeworld FTP mirrors, MSDN, Duke Repository, CGS etc and (even EDonkey) but no luck. The file can't be retrieved through the Internet Archives' mirror of Greg's Single Player Maps either.
I was hoping that by any luck some old Duke player would still have it lying around.

Checked my 500MB+ map pack and... nothing.
Endworld, Pigworld but no Outworld.
Unless it is there under a different filename. I doubt that though.

Geez, it is like the map does not exist on the internet anymore. Will search for it but probably in vain.

Seems really hard to find it:

Even the main maps repo don't have it >.>

Maybe there's some way to contact the author himself?

I tried his email like ten years ago and it didn't even work then. He had a personal webpage but as I wrote earlier it seems to be gone. Maybe I should write all guys called James Thies on Facebook haha...
Jaccob: Thanks for checking anyway :)

Have you tried to browse his website through the Wayback Machine? This way I recovered old e-mails, and few ones were working, when I was looking for people from 90's ^^

I would have, but I can't find any link or anything and I don't remember the URL. I was able to retrieve the .txt from Greg's Single Player Maps through Wayback Machine though. ::
And no, neither the docs from Outworld or Endworld/Pigworld have the URL for his webpage, it was made at a later date.

Just thought I'd bump this in the unlikely case some new Megaton player has this map.
