I remember this. I think the company behind the mortal kombat movies were involved in the duke movie. Not sure. I do remember having a the thethreshold.net user website which was related to the duke movie somehow. There was even a section on the website entitled "ask duke". I recall someone asking if his g/f loved him. Duke replied, "Like, love; spit, swallow."

Ha, I still have around 40 of those duke nukem action figures unopened on top of a book case. I should put all but a full set of them on ebay.
