Doesn't just flow?
I just got Megaton Edition and have beaten L.A. Meltdown and I was kind of expecting that the next episode would start. So do I have to go to New Game and select the other episodes?

Yes, the episodes are divided separately so you have to load them manually and start fresh with no gear etc.

They're all balanced around the idea of starting with no gear, so it's not too big a hassle.

Pretty sure only the N64 port of Duke3d had the levels all flow together, but the episode select was removed as a result.

Just for clarification in case the original poster is curious, the Xbox 360 version started you on the next episode when you completed the previous, and it also had the ability to choose whatever episode you liked when starting the game.

I hope they patch in a level select of some sort.

There is a level select code though, and you can also select levels at start with a command line option (or at least you could in the DOS version).

You can select what level you want in eduke32, since they're included with the user maps.
