I've been speedrunning Duke for the past few months, and the community behind it is nearly non-existant :(
The game is (in my opinion) a good introductory speedrun game. It's easy to understand the mechanics, and it's easy to learn routes and everything.

I route Any% Glitchless/NG and 100% categories, and occasionally help with Any% routing. I also run 100% and Any% NG and hold the records for a non-segmented speedrun in those categories.

100% is finishing all levels (including secret ones) and obtaining all secrets in each level in the first 3 original episodes. 34:38.20 is the current record, which you can watch here.

Any% is finishing the first 3 episodes. Only thing you can't do is cheat.
I don't hold the record for it, but the current record is 9:29.51. Watch it here[twitch.tv].

And finally Any% Glitchless/NG is the same thing, except you can't exploit any glitches. The record for that right now is 19:33.71. You can watch that here.
I'd recommend any newcomers to try Glitchless first, that way you can get use to speedily beating the game.
