Is it a joke or the first elevator tooks at least 5 minutes to climb up with a keyboard? Is it only my issue ot it took so long to everyone? .. how to speed it up .. WTF

i had the same problem. Maybe it only works with a controller. Maybe playing with keyboard requires a little bit more patience ;) But i would be interested in a solution, too.

My guess is, that you have to press: left, up, right, down fast and repeatedly, until the elevator hits the top.

It says "requires a controller to play" on to store page, and you bought it anyway, and now you are complaining because you can't get it to work with keyboard, that's brilliant dude.

I haven't that problem at the first evelator, it only takes a few sec. You should use both brothers and it goes well.

I use both brothers, but it takes 5 minutes to me anyway. Is there another key that I must press with the interact key?

I use a controller and it still takes a few minutes to do it and there is another elevator like that later in the game -.-

The intro to the game is an annoying tutorial because it just doesnt make sense that they would make it so hard to get around solo. Everything u need to do requires 2 people. But, after finishing the game you'll understand why it needs to be that way.

As for the posted issues. It isnt a disappointing game because it doesnt work as well with a keyboard as it does with a controller. But my little brother used a keyboard with no issues and I used a controller with no issues.

Either youre doing something wrong, or you are encountering a rare bug. Either way, the game is completely worth going out and buying a controller for it.

I had the same problem using a keyboard. But i dont think that it is because of using a keyboard. Everything else is working fine with the keyboard.

You need to play this part with a controller. Using the controller, you can rotate both analog sticks at the same time, and the elevator lifts in a few seconds. It's impossible to perform this technique using only a keyboard, unless you manage to have someone else help you do it. This is why the store page explicitly states that you should play this game with a controller.

However, if you bought the game and do not have a controller to play with, even holding down the action buttons using the keyboard moves the elevator a tiny bit. It takes about 5 minutes using this method, as opposed to a few seconds with a controller.

There is only one other puzzle like this later in the game. That lift takes much longer using a keyboard (about 10-15 minutes), but likewise it will eventually reach the top all the same.
