Joystick control?
Is it in the game? I tried the demo and could not use my joystick.

At the moment only xbox-gamepad and Mouse/Keyboard are supported.

got pad and joystick, both still don't work - and on pc pad is essentially a complex joystick. when I was buying game was expecting joystick controls. Flight sim - without controller support is hotdog without sausage. Mouse simply not ergonomic , and pad - not very ergonomic - for flight control which requires both fast and gentle maneuring. Lately developers started to ignore joysticks at all, this is lame.

This is very disappointing. I liked the idea of the game, and downloaded the demo, but I'm not going to play, and certainly not buy, if I can't use my joystick. It's a flight simulator for pete's sake! Also Petzku, kudos on having a Sidewinder - I used to have a Sidewinder Precision pro 2. Best joystick I ever owned.

No Joystick for me either - How can you make a game like this without support for a real joystick.. Mouse control? Mouse control sucks for flying a simulator space, air or whatever. YUCK - Not buying this game even though everything about it looks awesome. Too bad - No Joystick control - configurable buttons - not interested. Sorry.

they need to add a flight joystick file they just took an excellent game and trashed it. its one thing if you bring a game out on console first and then on pc and mac and you don't add a simple flight joystick file but pc and mac gamers usually don't use xbox controllers if they wanted to do that they would get it on xbox not pc. Topware and Steam seriously need to fix the problem. For a game to recognize a flight joystick is usually a 1 line command file. Somebody fix the problem please. Between topware and steam i have a hard time believing everyone is a ♥♥♥♥♥!

There is a way to apply joystick by using the " x360ce vibmod ". Vidmod is a FANTASTIC small software tool that tricks almost any game that the whatever-axis-equipment you have connected at your USB port is a 'X-Box 260' gamepad, and it allows you to alocate whatever button or axis you like to whatever button of the imaginary 'X360' gamepad your game thinks you have installed.
Just 3 minutes ago, I managed to fly with my saitek X52 in Iron Sky this way.
Since at posts replies there is a character limit, I will start a new post in Iron Sky steam comunity forum, explaining a bit the prosedure to use vibmod and the joystick setup I used to have 'fire' at my 'rtiger' etc.
I will name the post " ((SOLUTION)) - Joystick Implementation At Iron Sky Invasion Game "
