+15 timer upgrade not unlocking?
the requirement is to reach floor 150 of the basement - i've run through over 200 floors in the main badass domain and over 400 floors in the transdimensional leakage - still can't ge that +15 timer upgrade. do i read it wrong? what does the 'basement' mean here?

Abarghus' Domain. May or may not require getting there from the top of the Tower. Not sure. Been too long for me to remember. But definitely doesn't have anything to do with TDL.

Yep that's right - you'll need to descend 150 floors in Abarghus' Domain. Let me know if you're still having problems though!
yeah, i've descended over 200, i think 211 floors - it didn't unlock the upgrade. is it required to do that starting from the roof? [i'll try that anyways]
ok, i'm confirming, you have to start from the roof. 512 floors, 350 regular tower + 162 of the 'basement' gave me the upgrade. i think the description of the unlockable is just not that clear. thx for the hint rpgamer987.

Glad you figured it out - I was beginning to wonder myself!
Makes sense, though. The first two require starting from the top as well. Agreed that it is rather unclear that it's a continuation thing.
ok, now if put it in that context it makes more sense.

anyway, despite of a few unclear descriptions i need to compliment the game unlockables and achievements system design. there are no trivial annoying ones like 'tutorial completed' that don't deserve to be called achievements. a few items are unlocked quite easily to give a taste of how it all works, then it's pretty much up to the player is determination to get the rest of them. all is nicely balanced i'd say, meaning that some items require genuine effort and 'a few' tries before you get it. items seemingly out of reach at glance get reasonable at some point when you're getting experienced. well executed, it does a great job keeping you hungry for more.
I agree with Sarr. SHODN's replayability is just immense and I'm really pleased with that. Good work Megadev!
