can't enter hell with one Armed Ninja?
So when I finish the game with the one Armed Ninja even on hard he just gets killed? Or did I do something wrong?

I've brought this up multiple times with no word from Megadev ;_;
But yes, you're right--it seems that you cannot currently begin on the roof and enter Abarghus' Domain with the OAN. While his current ending is pretty chilling and very very fitting, I'd like to see even a little bit more writing go into it to allow for the option of continuing further while remaining true to Megadev's narrative vision. Perhaps have a good/bad end decision like there is for Nintai. On one hand you could have the current ending, and on the other, OAN could refuse to give in to Abarghus' control and splits his soul further or something, vowing to venture further down the tower to find salvation.

I wouldn't mind this, although I'd have to see what everyone else thinks about it. I'll let you know when I hear anything!

Just my thoughts! :) Thanks for the reply and your continued dedication to this game. Truly appreciated.

The thing is this was my first time finishing it on hard and I thought I did something wrong because the game just ends there.

That's simply the current ending after defeating Abarghus with OAN. Try doing the same with Nintai and see what happens :)

I already did that yesterday some times afterwads. It was actually a lot harder. I think One Armed Ninja is sort of an "simple" mode. Not nececary easier but a lot simpler because double damage needs no micro management like using magic does.

Why does it matter? You get to enter the domain anyway from the main menu. It'd be really lame for the OAN to suddenly be able to enter Abarghus' domain like that, considering what we know based on Nintai's ending choices and the storyline.

It is for score and unlocking things.
You need to unlock stuff in one run like the projectile upgrades and stuff that is why it is important.
