Unlocks Not Unlocking

I have unlocked many items but yeah the Weapons, Upgrades and Other unlocks are not unlocking anymore.

For example Other - Slowpokes Amazing Freeze Time. I have spoken to 10 ghosts in one game, I even have the achievement but it will not unlock it for me :(
I have issues with a couple of others too

Any suggestions?

We've seen this issue result sometimes from a Steam cloud sync problem. (Your unlock information is stored in the save data.) You might want to try logging in and out of the Steam client, although you may have to unlock the most recent stuff again once the save data syncs up. Megadev might have some additional auggestions.
