Why does this keep updating but isn't working ?
Can someone tell my why this app keeps updating when there is nothing but one locked server online ?

so they use this for testing maps for the other multiplayer client or what purpose is it ?

There are no announcement options other than posting a discussion in this gropup so devs have opted to make announcements for this group over on the RO2 multiplayer group announcement page.
