I CAN'T RESET MY PASSWORD

i didn't even knew i had an account on trion, and now i can't remember my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ password. every time i try to reset it on the trion site, the page just keeps refreshing, what do i do now?

Same crap happend to me. I just got fed up and used a different e-mail account.

man, i had to talk with the GM, with the support on the site, he fixed it very quick

Happened to me as well, i wanted to play it again but to be honest the Game is dying and the customer support is below standard, i basically made a new account and only a very few players was on so i decided to uninstall it it's lost it's shine shame but that's life i suppose
