I was going to come back to play, but everytime i go to the site it says something connection isn't secure or something. I'm using comcast, maybe comcast is block from playing defiance lol

I still can't log in, here is what it says: Secure Connection Failed

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

I'm just going to assume comcast users are blocked.

I can't post on the forums because i can't login on the forums, thus the whole secure connection failed thing lol. also other people on the facebook page has been talking about it, but it seems like the devs doesn't care. All i know the problem started about 2-3 days ago, one time i could log in and out of nowhere i can't. connection failed problems. I think the issue is with comcast, because they had issues with them in the past.

Ebyl if you can post this link from steam on the forums to get their attention , cool.

I also have the same problem. I am experiencing connection issues to the website that normally we can access with no problems. Now, it seems like most people are experiencing the same thing, and I am not alone.

I can predict that this issue will take a long time to fix because the developers, or the game company, are not taking a chance to fully fix this issue.

Or this issue will never be fixed, thus having the game to possibly shut down.

What is your basis for thinking "most people" are experiencing this issue? It's certainly not an issue for me, nor anyone I have talked to that plays beyond a couple posts here.

If this is a browser issue, there was a problem with Firefox and the site a while back. You needed to go into the certificates options and uncheck something something. But that was with a version of Firefox that is not the newest anymore.

I have checked in 5 different other browsers, same thing. Its a problem on their end. But like dodge said, they don't seem to care lol.

So the hotfix just made it so many players including us can't play now.

Seems so I have Windows 7 pro 64 bit as do two of my friends and none of us can get on. My brother has Windows XP and he can get in and play...but gets boot about every 20 minutes
