Let me guess, you go to the mission areas and nothing happens? No enemies spawn, EGO doesn't talk to you and as far as you can tell it's like the game doesn't even recognise that you're in the right area?

I had this issue, I tried dropping the quest and reacquiring it; dropping quest, logging out, logging in and reacquiring quest; dropping quest, exiting game, reloading game, reacquiring quest. Nothing worked so I contacted Trion Support and told them everything I'd tried so far and their response was pretty much "Have you tried turning it off and on again?" (they obviously hadn't read anything I'd told them after "the quest is bugged").

I eventually managed to complete this quest by just going to the mission area once a day and hoping for the best, took about 12 days to complete it.

tl;dr - Sorry but your best bet is to just keep trying, send Trion a bug report in the hopes they'll do something for once maybe.

Contacting support could help, they might be able to credit you. Otherwise if you have a clan or friends try jumping to them in a different phase of the world and that one might have a working area.

Being a solo player this is the one thing I couldn't try. Definitely worth a shot!

I think that some side quests are currently bugged out. Like everyone else stated, I think contacting support may be your best and only option.

If you can catch the server after it restarts and go to do it straight away it works first time. Unfortunately the server normally restarts at 4am...
