Still active?

Got on this morning at around 8am for the first time in ages and unlike when I started I couldn't move 3 inches without running into a ton of players I didn't see a single person not even in town. Is the game still active?

Most mmo's aren't really active, nor are they really massively-multiplayer player engaging or influenced organic environments, but lobby-system, heavily instanced mind-numbingly repetitive single-player rpgs.

Less than 800 people at peak times in the EU. I uninstalled months ago, just can't be bothered to download all of it all over again

It's not F2P, so I don't think it's that much a suprise that it can't get pass 800. And most what heard ppl talk about this game is that it's fun, also good story, but it's lack end game stuffs. Which is why most just go play other games.

You can't really tell how many people are playing just by using steam, that pretty much just gives you a minimum. People could have bought it straight from Trion or Origin (god help their souls.)
It's still active, I'm in a decent clan, but the game still lacks so much content.

Yea I remember playing it on 360 when I borrowed it from my friend. The game just didn't have any kind of dungeons/bunkers/raids of any kind. The arkfalls are great and all, but some kind of end game stuff would be nice. A good idea would also be to give the game a full free weekend and maybe 33% off for a weekend to try to bump up the player base. If there were some end game content the game would be better. There also isn't really that much replay value. It's not like you can reroll a new character and take up a different class or something like that. Everyone has pretty much everything open to them. The only difference in the EGO power and idk if it's worth doing a whole new play through just for that.

Should do sales on skins DLC and 7th Legion even though its come out to see if it spikes peak times, its a good game but can get boring after a couple of hours I only play about 2-3 every couple of days my self
