If they try getting it from Defiance.com, they need to install the Glyph client first, and download it from there. No reason why they shouldn't be able to download the demo from Steam though.

ohhh thats why friends i recommended the game to asked me if its a demo and then refused to play defiance . bad move trion u just lost mabye thousands of such players that wont ever be back sadly .

the steam demo is the full game now, they just havent gotten around to smacking the steam store into reflecting the f2p change yet
