I Bought this Game Before it was F2P

When you logged on did you check your item claims? The extra items that's supposed to be applied to accounts are sent there.

Yeah I did, I used to have the paid status, but today when I installed the game, it told me "Apply key now?" "Key already used-invalid"

So no idea what is going on.

Is it the same account? Might be something you'll have to contact support about if you haven't already.

yes same and only account. They never replied to a ticket I sent over a year ago. Just gonna down vote the game and post proof. shame. I liked this game, but they dont reply to support issues sadly.

Well they did change their support portal last year from zendesk to whatever it is now (iirc), so that did result in some tickets being lost.
