How to report a bug
Hey Everyone,

If you think you have found a bug when playing Ace of Spades, please send it to us at aceofspades@jagex.com


When you are sending us a bug report, please make sure you include the following information:


Attach a game log - this can be found in one of the following default locations:

32bit operating systems - C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\aceofspades\logs
64bit operating systems - C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\aceofspades\logs

Remember to send us the log for game in which you experienced the bug.

Your Steam display name.
* The type of bug (graphical, sound, gameplay, website, etc).
* Date and time you first encountered the bug.
* A brief description of what happened.
* What steps to take in order to reproduce the bug.
* Your PC Software and Hardware specs:

- Browser (if the bug is on the website).
- Operating System and service pack.
- Processor (CPU) brand, model and frequency.
- Video Card (GPU) brand and model.
- Amount of memory (RAM) installed.
- Please add any other information you deem relevant to the bug.
