Stockpiles getting ignored on game load

This is an odd one... So everybody seems to be completely ignoring all stockpiles as if they never existed after loading a game. (Making a new game doesn't have that issue). I tried replacing the stockpiles by removingand readding them, but still they get ignored.

Anyone else having this issue?

(Loading a saved game, that is).

I have no mods running, either.

You can always EDIT your post after posting if you've got something more to add or change in leu of double-posting.
Consider giving more gnomes the HAULING skill, and move it higher on the priorities list.
If you have one specific stockpile you need filled now, you can raise priority up until the gnomes seem to notice it. Keep in mind Gnomes can only do one thing at once.
