Aiding the injured?

I recently lost two of my workers (I think I grew an emotional attachment, weeped for days) and 3 more are in the hospital recovering, is there any other way than bandages and a four poster bed in a hospital designation that I can use to help speed up recovery?

MEDIC! no seriously ya need a gnome with a job as a healer/doctor/medic whatever tis called... that way he or she will treat things like damaged eyes and such, which are otherwise not healed!

You don't need a four poster bed in your hospital, but yes, you DO need a caretaker and a medic!
