Collector's Edition and other questions
Hello, developers! Thanks for this game! A have a some questions.
1. About soundtrack. Why don't you include in the soundtrack the coolest song from a trailer? Why? I want this song in your soundtrack!
2. About Collector's Edition. If I buy the game after release, will I get the collector's edition? Will it as DLC? What the price?
3. Only soundtrack and a programme? It is all? I would like something else (example, movie about development of this game). But still cool!

Thanks!

Which song exeactly are you talking about? I am curious.

Gimme That Swing. Is it a coolest song that I have ever heard.

It was rather misleading to have that be the song on the starting trailor in there lineup. Then highlight the soundtrack with pre-order and not have it included.

Very Sorry. I will wait for an answer from the developers.

Well it's song by other artist, it's not soundtrack of the game.

Hey guys - I appreciate that could be confusing. We should be leading with the "Music Trailer", which actually is in the soundtrack.

Also, Raider is right:

Soundtracks don't come with songs by other people, except in extremely high budget productions. That's just a thing - it's way, way too complicated to do it at our size. If we had, we may not have been able to sell the soundtrack in Europe - there are so many obligations and restrictions on what you can do that we just didn't want the hassle of it. So while I appreciate it might have been misleading initially, at the same time, it's pretty standard practice.

I am sorry it is confusing though - that's my fault. I'll post up a sticky now that discusses a few frequently asked questions about the Collector's Edition, and makes it clear that Gimme that Swing is not part of the soundtrack.

P.S. this is electro swing, guys, not music from the 1920s! It doesn't make sense in the soundtrack, even without the legal issues.

Hey Veshurik:

1) see above - we actually can't due to licensing issues/requirements.
2) No - there are three options on release. Collector's Edition ($20), Standard Edition ($15), Soundtrack + Programme (~$5). Collector's Edition is the only one available right now, and it is 25% off (same price as the Standard Edition will be).
3) Vesh - we're 7 people in an old factory! Haha, it's amazing we even have an art book! We'll have a short, short movie available sometime soon - but that'll be free.

You are super! I can buy your game for 10 dollars. And I say you "Thanks!".
By the way, soundtrack include only 9 melodies and art book include only 27 pages. What happened? My friend bought this game and say me about that.

The soundtrack should include 12 tracks with 3 bonus tracks - can I ask if anyone else is having these issues? (I'll follow up to see what's going on.)

The art book actually has 52 pages - it's just that we put two print pages on each pdf page. It is supposed to be read like a booklet - that's how we designed it :)

At least two people are faced with these problems. But they are more than two, I'm sure. If I buy a game and discover the same mistakes, be sure to tell you.

I'm confused. On the official page of the game it is said that pre-order special offer includes full game, OST and an artbook. Now reading this topic and the one Compulsion Games posted few minutes ago I get the impression that I will have to pay additional money when the game will come out. Is that true?

Hey Nornaurd - no, it's not, sorry if I have confused you.

Right now, you can buy the Collector's Edition at 25% off. $15, down from $20. That includes the full game, the OST and the Programme.

Once preorders stop (and the game is released), the Collector's Edition will no longer be discounted, and so will be the full $20. The standard edition (without the OST/Programme) will be $15.

Does that answer your question?

Guys you can get Collectors Edition IF you pre-order now till the release date (Nov. 15th) for the price of the Standard Edition.
You will be able to buy Collectors Edition after the release date but for 20$/Euros, and Standard will be 15$/Euros (Same as Collectors PRE-ORDER price).

Pretty good deal if you ask me. ;)

Thanks for response in such short notice!
I'm still confused because I pre-ordered the game 1,5 hour ago for 8.99$, not 15$
