How To Find Your Crash Reports

You can find crash folders on PC here:
C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Folk Tale/

Crash folders are prefixed with the crash date such as 2013-10-04...

Mac

The log file 'Player.log' is located under /Users/*username*/Library/Logs/Unity.

Sending Your Files

Once you have located your crash report folder ( PC ) or Player log file ( Mac ), please email it as an attachment to [e-mail]. If possible, please put 'Crash Report From [Steam Nickname]' in the subject line, and a description of what you were doing in-game leading up to the crash in the email body.
