Will not send confirmation Email

I been trying for some time to get the confirmation email to send. I checked junk email folder - I also went on the offical web page and tried to have it sent from there - no luck. I also tried to contact support but cant because I have to log in..... but cant log in till I confirm email. I am stuck please help!
