Refuses to send confirmation Email
Steam says I have been playing for two hours. I have been trying to login for 2 hours, not the same thing. Why won't Netmarble send the email?

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM.

I SET UP 3 ACCOUNTS - TRIED TO ANYWAY.

NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL WAS SENT.

WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I TRIED TO CONTACT SUPPORT AT NETMARBLE, BUT HAD TO LOGIN FIRST.

HOW DO I DO THIS WHEN THERE IS NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL BEING SENT?

TO SAY ITS ANNOYNG WOULD BE AN UNDERSTATEMENT FOR REAL.

CAN ANYONE HELP?

Same here. Made an account 10 min ago, no confirmation email uptill now. No idea what to do now.

Hi guys

We are looking into this problem, make sure you check your spam folder and see if the confirmation was sent there.

Nothing in spam, nothing in normal mail.

And just as I said that, I opened the launcher again and pressed the "resend email" -button. Now it works like a charm.

Hah, again too early to cheer. After trying to start the game, the game crashes with a message "Failed to connect to the GameGuard update server. Try connecting in a while, or check the network connection. (0000017c)"
