Blood Omen, Soul Reaver, Soul Reaver 2, Defiance, Blood Omen 2 (or you can play BO2 and then Defiance, it doesn´t really matter. I think it´s better to play Defiance after SR2 as it follows the story directly and BO2 takes place after Defiance).

Pretty sure Blood Omen 2 is before all of the ones in this bundle, although blood omen 2 is the result of soul reaver 2's altered timeline it's still played in the past so playing blood omen 2 before all of them would still be acceptable. If not, blood omen 2 comes after Soul Reaver 2, not defiance...but it's been a while.

EDIT: Actually better to probably just play soul reaver 1, soul reaver 2, blood omen 2 then soul reaver defiance, that's their release dates so gameplay wise from playstation 1 to 2 to the original xbox you'll probably find that the best, especially since blood omen 2 is a retelling of the past after soul reaver 2 and defiance is the last game in the series and the most technologically advanced.

Soul Reaver, Soul Reaver 2 and Defiance.

Defiance is a conclusion to the whole story.

going back to playing vampire games, been wondering wich order to play them in, thx for the thread/posts. hope i can play them, VtM:B i can't play, doesn't see all of my... either ram or hd, not shure witch, so it thinks there isn't enough and shuts it's self (the game) off

that sounds unlikely. the games are extremely light on a modern system even a dual core could run it

32 gb quad channel ddr3 ram, 4 tb of harddrive. 6 cpu's @ 3.8ghz i have the power to run these games.

i think the game asks the system how much you have, and get's a number. as an example: games asks for how much ram you have and gets 1,000,000 but can onlly "see" 100,000 and thinks "not enough" because it can't notice enough digits to see the maximum.

edit: and i only have this problem with games that have been out for several years, or more in some cases

If you can call it a conclusion. The fact that they never continued this series is one of the biggest dissapointments of my childhood.

You forgot to mention the Blood Omen games. You know, the one with the main protagonist of the series.

The official order to play the game goes as follow:
Blood Omen 1, Soul Reaver 1, Soul Reaver 2, Blood Omen 2(Which is the new timeline created by the multiple paradoxes that occur throughout SR2) and then Defiance. Defiance is by no means a true conclusion to the serie. It leaves a lot more open to question than it answers and the fact they cancelled Dark Prophecy and Dead Sun means we are unlikely to ever see it finished. Nosgoth is a parody of a game that shames the franchise.
