giving tarf stuff

I seem to be having trouble giving tarf stuff all i can do is encurage him.

I'm not sure what your trouble is, since you shouldn't even be able to talk to him during the escort mission without a gift equipped (well, not entirely true, as you can talk to him without a gift before making a screen transition). If you're getting the option to encourage him, then there should also be the option to use the consumable item on him as well. So, make sure you have a consumable item equipped (Wing excluded), and give him any combination of 7.

Thanks it worked. I was confused because I did not get a chose to talk.
