Opening video on New Game is not playing

After looking up the video on youtube I get a black screen and the music for the 2nd part of the video's music starts playing for about a second then it immediately skips to ingame with adol on the floor. I'm also getting weird dots from the HUD leftover on my screen whenever the screen goes black.

Tried messing with all the video settings and sound settings, nothing has worked so far.
