Super Speed

The game speed seems tied to the fps. So I get the feeling my game is moving twice as fast as it is supposed to. Anyone know how to fix this? In the configuration I can fix it at 60 fps, but that is where the game feels sped up.

My guess is that this is a 30 fps game.

It isn't based off the framerate, it's a bug that happens if you play fullscreen or too high a resolution, not sure about the details.
