If you want mods, use Google. If you want to know why no Workshop, search the damn forum. This is asked almost every single day.

I'll just answer this for you; the reason there is no workshop is because of the game's age. If you wanna install mods easily, grab the Nexus Mod Manager and install mods that way.

If you're looking for mods for New Vegas , watch this video series first "Modding Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition" by Gopher.. It explains the process for modding FNV, what's needed (like the New Vegas Script Extender:NVSE), various mods,what they do,etc.
