Nexus Mod Manager- A problem occurred during install

This is what it says on certain mods when I try to install them not all mods I've never had this problem before so any suggestions?

There is an error in the install files of the mod. Usually happens when there was an issue with its download. If you downloaded it through NMM and you have a slow internet connection or their servers are in a bad mood, the download doesn't finish, but NMM thinks it is.

Well so what I suppose to do? I am currently installing ' Animation Project ' and ' Hitman first person overhaul '
