Windowed Resolution Won't go up in Windowed Mode
So I have previously played Fallout New Vegas in windowed mode at 1920x1080 and it ran perfectly fine. I just played it yesterday actually, however now, whenever I try to load the game in windowed mode, it sets the resolution to 800x450 and won't go up past 1440x810. I'm trying to record gameplay to make sure it all records smooth, but I can't get the game to run at 1920 in windowed mode!

Possible solutions I've already tried:
-Restarting my computer.
-Setting the H!size and W!size or whatever they actually are.
-Unchecking read-only box.

None of these worked and I really wanna play this game again, so any help is very appreciated!!

Check your start up settings concerning aspect ratio. 16:9, 16:10; etc. do not provide the same resolutions. Your aspect ratio probably got bumped or reset. Done this on more than one occasion, scratching my head wandering wtf, only to find that aspect ratio determines resolution choices...

When I went in to check, I set my aspect ration to my normal 16:9 and unticked the windowed mode box and 1920x1080 was there. However when I ticked the box again, the only options for resolution under 16:9 were 800x450, 1280x720, and 1440x810.
Any idea why the restriction is there?

No clue outside of some pre-ordained logical constraint that native resolution is only available in full-screen operation. The borderless window mod will help with this if you want to play native res in windowed mode -check out the Nexus forums for NV.

Hope that helps you out - I don't think NV runs native res in windowed though.

I figured out my problem!
I just decided to restart New Vegas with fullscreen mode enabled, then ticked windowed mode on, regardless of what it said the resolution wasset to. When I started the game, it was playing in full screen windowed mode(:
