Hotas warthog slew button is slow and a bit jittery
what i mean is the slew speed is really slow anyway to speed it up?

also the slew is jittery like not smooth even when holding it all the way to the right or left up and down any way to make it a bit smoother?

Did you try to change the slew speed control value? At least is supposed to help with the speed. It's jittery on mine too anyway (Saitek X45).

In the case of Mavericks on A-10C, simply enter any number you like on UFC, then press the multi-function button marked "Slew" in the Maverick display. This commands the slew speed.

ok thank you but my problem is that when i move the slew cursor sometimes it like doesnt register or like goes for a bit then stops and i gotta repush it the whole setup is amazing i just wish they would hve gone all the way with the slew also

Well my HOTAS Slew isnt random stopping but with the TGP it was a bit slow indeed. Changed the HOTAS Slew Horizontal / Vertical axis Saturation Y to 20 instead of 15. Works for me. Try to play around with the Axis Tune options. Also like Tatsue stated you can change a few values in the cockpit to achieve a better slewing experience too. About the random stopping.. maybe a faulty device or dirty? Heard many stories about the slew on the HW.

I think the random stopping might be because the slew button thingy is really horrible on the HOTAS. I personally added the trim button to slew too but with the paddle switch modifier(button below NWS). Not the perfect solution, but it gives little bit more precision when needed.

Do you have the latest firmware installed? Heard rumours in the ED forums that the latest one improved slew. Can't say I noticed any real difference though...

Regarding stopping:

Press Start, then type in "Game Controllers" in the search field. (Might have a different name if you have a non-english Windows). Select the Throttle in the list and click properties, then select the test tab. Then you can see if the problem is seen by Windows itself - in that case, it really is "the throttle" that's doing it. Could try firmware in that case.
