F-5 Tiger II New price for Brazil
I come here because I am completely disappointed with the price of the new F-5 module for Brazilians, it's absurd $ 207.00 for a module! This is so disrespectful you want to charge the price that equals 1/4 of our salary. I and the Brazilian community of DCS will stop play and we will not buy any more modules if they continue at this absurd and disrespectful price.

Yes, something is wrong. The price i was seeing on the store page yesterday was less than half of the current one.Weird. ^^

I was shocked too after seeing this price. No, there's nothing wrong with the price. They changed their price policy on Steam. No more special price for us from 3rd world country anymore. Well I just stop collecting modules then and just buy a module which I really want.
ED, your lost...

Not nearly back breaking seeing as how every other module starts off around $60 then drops down to around $40 (your currency would be $139) so it's applicable to place that price on it. Also if it's that much of an issue you can be assured that you're not missing much with this aircraft not being in your collection.

Where did you get this information?

How many times do I need to say? ED changed their policies because people WERE BUYING keys are lot cheaper through the Steam. And then selling them.

Stop crying please.

If that is the case, why do other module prices still look the same? They are open to same risk too. Raise them all.

When and where exactly did they announce this policy change anyway?

It wasn't really stated but it's an educated guess to assume it has something to do with this:

Valid DCS World Key Policy

Although this is stated on the official DCS World Support site, we would like to remind all users the policy regarding valid DCS World keys.

Only DCS World keys purchased from these locations are valid purchases and can be activated in the Module Manager:

DCS World E-shop
Steam
1C, Gamazavr, and YouPlay in Russia
Acealpha in South Korea

Any DCS World keys purchased from other sources are invalid and are simply trying to re-sell keys that are bound to other users or purchased through fraud. Such sites include Kinguin, CDExpress, and ♥♥♥.

In that context we lost the key transfer of DCS modules and ED is working on a new 'gift-feature'.

People from Brazil and similar places which are effected by this have my sympathy and please everyone else posting in this thread, don't confuse them with 1st world snowflakes who whine about the price. This are two entirely different matters, for some places in the world this price is indeed not affordable.

I think this got mixxed up badly in the other closed thread...

Just so you know, there's change that instead of regional pricing there will be direct currency conversion.

This has started with the F-5 module and decision has come "from the top".

Who is the top? ED?

1 U$ = R$ 3,473 , ... even for a summer sale at 40$ it will be overpriced. The real disrespectful here is our economy. I'm also brazilian.. just don't buy it yet and wait for the regular price / special offer.

People, even when upset, remember to check your language according to Steam guidelines.
