Help! i just bought the game but it's in spanish

I'm form southamerica and just purchased the game today. So when I go t play this masterpiece i notice that the voices are in spanish. I was wondering if there's any way i can change it to english because its really driving me mad. Thanks on aticipation!

Copied from a quick google search.....

Just got a hunch here, but go to your documents, then my games, then fallout 3, then click on the file called FALLOUT (should be a .ini file) press ctrl+f, and type sLanguage in the search box that pops up. Replace the name of the current language with ENGLISH (all caps) save it. and you should be ready to go. If you mess anything up in this file, just delete it, and run the fallout launcher, and it will make a new one.

You actually need to alter both the fallout.ini in documents\mygames as well as the fallout_default.ini in the game folder. The line is sLanguage=ENGLISH

Or i think you can change the language by going to your steam library and right clicking on the game and going to its properties.There you should find a tab where you should be able to change the language.
