Server commands

So this game is pretty old by now and yet nowhere a guide can be found how to setup your own server...
I kinda found out how to set one up with a pre-alpha guide somewhere on this page, but its far from complete.
The only command i know to use on the server is /adminlogin but after that i cant kick or ban or whatever. I press TAB and see the kick/ban/team buttons, but they dont do anything. I can't select any players with the mouse or anything. Am I missing something?
Also when setting up a server with a password... When I try to enter the server it tells me the server requires a password but doesn't give me the option to enter it. How do I do that?

If anyone has any information about all these things and maybe has a list with commands to use on the server, it owuld be so great. We're planning on setting up a small competition server for friends so these things could be very useful to know.
