FEATURES WISHLIST
Here are some things I would like to see added to the game.
* More destructible ships: The dev's should take advantage of Unity's physic's engine and make the ships breakable. For example cannons balls rip holes in ships.
* A tutorial: So much confusion occurs for new players before they work out what to do.
* Dynamic environments: Rain, lightning, snow. All effecting ship and weapon performance.
* Linux client: Nuff said.
* More weapons: A gun that causes small amounts of damage would be awesome.
* Bots: This is really vital. When the game gets old and people stop playing. Smart bots are needed to ensure its playable in the future.

well im a bit disapointed on that matter, tons of stuff has been suggested but nothing is released.. i've suggested stuff long ago that could easily be implented but nothings going on around here.. so sad for a game that has potential.

We have actually implemented and released some changes to the game that have been suggestions, the biggest one being modification to the pullrank feature.

Being a very small indie studio, we're running on extremely limited resources so how much time & effort something takes to implement affects hugely what we can do and what not. Also how it affects the gameplay is of course important...

You are charging at least $10 for the game. That's a pretty high price for an indie game. I believe the development speed needs to reflect the price. Its early days, so I’m not complaining. I’m interested to see what you guys come up with.

Can I beg you to work on the bot feature? It would be much appreciated for periods when people aren't online.

You mean adding human character bots or improving the existing Kirmukarmu (orange infestation with the round sphere) bot ships?

I was referring to human character bots that you are able to verse. Currently I can't play during the afternoon because not enough players are online. Human bots would fix that problem.

Also if you need a Linux client beta tester I'm happy to help out. I have enough Linux experience that I can troubleshoot most problems, and give you some general feedback.

Human character bots would require too much time and effort to do right, I think. The UT mod had bots (making use of UT's bots), but they were very stupid and cheated with some things. Had to be really desperate to actually fly with them, though they were OK as targets.

The game's current ship bots are about as stupid and take some shortcuts as well, but it's less noticeable because they are playing with different set of rules. I think they are adequate when you are low on players and want something to shoot at.
