Yes, you will buy that for Steam.
You can check if it for Steam or not buy the Steam logo next to the game.
It also says on that page that Bethesda Steam.

Brink is steam game and this is retail version with activation key, after activation Brink is added to your steam profile and library. If DLC not included buy it separated on steam or waiting for discount....

I always ask myself what the people who do not like some game (or is not enough solved the game to be satisfied) working in the forum of that game... :)))
