Russian Warehouse Bratsk bug?

Well I get to this point late in the level where I need to disable the defence turrets outside the facility before exiting. This is done at a terminal. However prior to this I have already destroyed the generator powering said turrets, so instead of having the option to turn the turrets off at the terminal, all it says is "unpowered"- thus in order to complete this objective I have to travel back in time, unbreak the generators and voilá! I know this is not a pure sandbox game, but glitches like this really discourages exploring alltogether, not to say strategy in this case. I thought I would be foreseeing and take the turrets out beforehand, but the game smacked my fingers and said "just play the damn storyline and keep your limbs inside the box".

I ran into this same issue. I then escaped the base and went back to the mother ship however I can't leave the level until the mission is complete. Which I can't do because the turrets are unpowered.

So, I returned to each turret generator, powered them back on, slipped back into the base, back to the computer terminals and disabled the turrets. Then I was able to continue with the missions.

Sort of dumb, I don't get why there are all these interactive generators everywhere but they either don't do anything obvious, disable things that might have been useful or break the game. Maybe only the mission critical generators should be interactive.
