Played this game a few years ago, when it was in early alpha/beta (can't remember which) and it was pretty rough around the edges back then, so I put it down and didn't even think about it til a few days ago when I saw it on Steam.

In short, well done devs! This game has beyond blown away my expectations. Solid gameplay, solid foundation and a solid community as well. Looking forward to spending many of hours sinking my teeth into this. :)

My advice to new players... stick with it. Go through the tutorial front to back and join a corperation. (guild) The game can be a bit overwealming at first, due to its sophistication, but just ask questions. The community is more than friendly and willing to help.

I've got to say, I picked this game up 2 days ago and was utterly lost, and I played Eve for 6 years. But the community was super friendly and I got invited into a Corp in no time.

Having the mining time of my life in my Johnny Number Five (Termis). It's fun to set goals for yourself as I'm currently working on setting up a decent income. Bravo :)

this guy gets it. That is how you reallty enjoy yourself in a game like Perpetuum - you take the sand and build your awesome castle with it.

If your into self mutaliation and loathing this is the game for you. Besides that you can wait till the next patch where you will get totally boned by the developers.
