Since you have it on a laptop there is no way for you to upgrade other than to buy a brand new computer. Shader capability is decided by hardware, not software or drivers.
You should probably upgrade soon anyway. Your computer is easily considered obsolete.
You cannot upgrade your shaders if your hardware does NOT support it. It will not run, I used to have that same laptop configuration and it is utter crap.
