Game stop responding

I got to the part where the Emperor Uriel dies, then follow the hallway until you reach the door and use the Baurus' key, enter the tunnel, but just when the load enters the game in windowed mode and stops responding and the mouse disappears, so I have to use the process manager, help me please!
