Is there a way to increase damage of vanilla weapons?
Like the tittle said, i want to find a way to increase damage of vanilla weapons. There are some good looking weapons, but the problem is that they do pathetic damage.
For example, i`m using one of the swords from RealSwords Dunmer by waalx mod, and it does 61 damage (my character is level 23, with 106 strength and 96 Blade), whereas Madness Claymore does only 28.

Yes there is a way.

Download and install the Construction Set from the nexus. Then select one or several of the esp files you wish to modify using the file data, but do not set any of them as an active file. Then save the ESP file and rename it to whatever you want your mod to be called, like Stronger Weapons.

Then open your custom ESP file. Select whatever you want to modify using the tab, armor clothing, weapons etc. You can also create custom enchantments, spells, birthsigns, and powers for your character.

Since you want to modify weapons, select the weapon tab and find whatever weapons you want to modify and double click on them one at a time to open a seperate window for each modification. You can modify just about everything in that window such as weapon damage, durability weight, speed, reach etc. Everything except for the enchantment itself which requires opening another window in the enchantment tab.

Once you have created your own custom mod you can activate it or deactivate it in the data files.

I created a custom mod for weapons and armor that increases armor and weapon durability and damage for some weapons, although I didn't increase the damage as drastically as you want to.

The things you can do with the construction set are fun to tinker with, but it might take some of the fun out of the game making things overpowered.

I already have an experience with CS, as i created my own CM companion, so i guess that won`t be a problem for me. As for you thinking that my weapon is OP: i actually upped my difficulty towards hard so i won`t one-shot my enemies. It still takes like 5-6 hits to kill something. And i actually tried to fight two grummites today with the same difficulty and was getting my ♥♥♥ kicked and doing literally no damage to them. (sorry for saying things too bluntly)
