This version of Cut the Rope is a must buy, it's way better than the mobile version, because Zeptolab decided to shove in Microtransactions, Non Skippable Ads, & A Paid Membership for money. The mobile game was completely euthanized... thank god the PC version exists, it has all chapters unlocked, more music, widescreen support & more.

Well i must admit that i bought this game as my daughter reccomended it as she had played it on her friends tablet and said to me "ITS A GOOD GAME DAD",OH i thought i dont know but i will get it for you and have a look at some point.
So she downloaded it played it and then went to bed,then i had a quick go just to check it out.
And then it happened to me again i just fell in love with the simplicity of the gameplay and then found myself wanting to feed the little critter all the candy on the level.
And that sums up what you have to do,but not how you have to do it "CUT THE ROPE" its that simple.
Or is it well no some levels have you thinking and eventually you will come up with the answer but not after some head scratching has taken place to solve said levels.Each level plays out like a puzzle and there is allways an answer,and even with the hard levels the answer is usually staring you straight in the face.And thats what makes this game easy to reccommend,its easy to get into (whatever your age) and its such a simple idea that of course this game had to exist and would eventually be made by someone and then draw us in with its addictive gameplay.So if that sounds good to you buy it and if not buy something else.

It's a great game, but for 120HZ+ users will suffer with super-speed gameplay. Please fix this Zeptolab!

It's Cut the Rope

- playing on a high refresh rate will make the game 3x faster than normal (you can change the settings yourself through your graphics driver's settings, but why should you be the one adjusting for the game?)

- needs all the levels and all the other content from the mobile version (maybe even levels from the other cut the rope games?)

- requires achievements. please. i need to get some form of reward or recognition from feeding that little green gremlin 500 metric tons of candy broooo for real on god no cap

edit: i played cut the rope: triple treat for the nintendo 3ds and that was what i imagined a paid version of cut the rope for pc would be: an orange box-like compilation of cut the rope, experiments, and time travel

I really love this game and I rarely leave a negative review, but I'm just frustrated.

I don't mind buying it to play on my laptop. I only paid $2, but no updates, no achievements, literally no effort put into doing anything other than a bare bones port is just pathetic.

There have been no News posts and not a single update since the game was posted to Steam in 2013! Not even News posts touting new mobile games in the series or sales on this game.

If ever they come back to this and put some effort or new levels in, I'll change my review, but seeing as they seemingly haven't even logged in to their Steam to post News since the initial release I won't be holding my breathe. What a waste.
