Хотел бы, даже может купил, хотя его не проблема найти на Youtube
The Original Soundtrack is already available on Bandcamp for about $9.99USD.
As for it coming to Steam, I'm not too bothered (probably because I've already purchased the Soundtrack on Bandcamp).

Steam usual for download, as I'm lazy =)

PS: ущербное мп3 на ютубе совсем не впечатляет.
Вообще, было бы шикарно достать ост на сд - я в этом плане извращенец (заказываю оригинальные диски из-за бугра с оригинальных студий)

PS(en-by-ggle): ugly mp3 on YouTube is not impressive.
In general, it would be good to get the soundtrack on audio CD - I'm a pervert in this plan (to be ordered from abroad original discs from the original recording studios)

Never understood paying for a soundtrack when you own the game, and if i did want the soundtrack i am sure stream capturing would work.
Aesthetic pleasure. Some people do not understand.
Especially since I'm a fan of metal music, who loves good music of a higher quality than 320.

When Soundtracks are uploaded to YouTube, at 720p & higher the Audio Bitrate is about..
"AAC LC, Variable Bit Rate, 150Kbps (Maximum bit rate : 194Kbps), 16bit 2 Channels, 44.1 KHz, Lossy".

Those people on YouTube also tend to either:
1. Record from the actual game. Which gives you the worst audio quality since the Engine seems to "dumb it down" (imo sounds a bit like Mono >.>).

2. Extract/Rip from the raw game files. This gives you better quality, but you're still not getting the best. Games usually hold Audio in their files at like 4bit instead of the usual 16bit. If there are no official soundtracks available for the game, this is usually the option I would take. This is exactly what I did before the Giana Sisters Original Soundtrack was available to purchase.

Quality of GSTD's Music by Ripping/Extracting from it's files:
44100 Hz, 2 Channels, 4bits, 385Kbps, Microsoft ADPCM, lossy.

But if the Soundtrack is available officialy from the actual composer(s) etc, and I like it, I would usually pay for that soundtrack for the highest possible quality. Let me tell you it sounds LOADS better than the RIP/EXTRACTION of the game files I did, and certainly beats any-other-method any day.

I'm just asking myself this question.
I find those soundtracks awesome, and I would like to ask to the developpers (and / or composers too) if, one day, those will be available to purchase on steam ?

Thanks by advance, for any reply

To be honest, the soundtrack was the most important reason for me to back the game at Kickstarter in the first place (was the 25$ pledge or sth). Now that I have finally been able to play some hours, I can't get enough of it. The soundtrack sometimes keeps me entertained when driving in my car... Really love it!
The thing I don't like about Steam & Soundtracks, is that most of the time they don't include the Lossless version of the music like FLAC :/

FLAC is far more superior than MP3.
