What character would be best for Bloodmoon and how to get it fast?

Yeah. Now that Dragonborn is coming out with Solstheim I though I should play the Bloodmoon first.. for some reason :P What kind of character would be best for the expansion and how to get it fast without cheating? Lords mail, sell it to the museum, 40k cash, spend it to trainers? Any other ideas like that :D

Really the biggest theme I found in bloodmoon was that most of slostiem contains packs of monsters or groups. Also I guess how you proceed would be wether or not your planning on going werewolf or protector.

Though its hard to tell how similar the island will be with it going from imperial mining colony with nord tribes to dunmer fallback island.
