Morrowind forces integrated graphics instead of dedicated (with MGO 3.0)

I have installed MGO 3.0 and my notebook has integrated Intel HD 4000 and a discrete GT 630M. The game runs with integrated graphics and neither in its options nor in MGE I get the option to use the Nvidia. Anyone been through this?
