Morrowind Overhaul keeps crashing game in and around Vivec
I keep getting tabbed outta my game, given an error report about scripts and when I click yes to continue, I'm back in the game and then there's the same error window but in-game. I click yes and the window dissappears, but I'm stuck in the inventory screen and can't exit. If I attempt to tab out and back in, I get an error about rendering and it crashes. Here're the logs outta my warnings.text. Similar things were in the pop-up windows.

Humm...yea...I have noticed that I sometimes get an error when I want to conjure the brestplate.

I have investigated a bit, and found this one
http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=5882
Haven't installed it yet, but if I get more problems I will.

If you game become difficult to play..then maybe this is a way?

Edit.....Just spotted this;
"""""*Attention Steam players*
Because the morrowind.bsa and .esm as well as those for the expansion have a modified date of when you got them off steam instead of the actual release date of the game, textures you put in your data failes\textures\ will not work. The game loads the most recent textures, and if your .bsa says 2010, then these darknut textures are older, and won't load.
Solution: get a program that lets you modify the created and modified dates of files, and modify all your morrowind, tribunal, and bloodmoon .esm and .bsa to the dates they were released: July 2002, October 2002, and May 2003 respectively.
Just found this out, got my textures working, and wanted to spread the knowledge before I forgot to.

How would I do that?

Well, I figured out how to do that, but it didn't work. Upon further investigation, I was inable to find the listed texture within the folder, so the texture itself isn't there. I also seem to be missing the shoes files it listed, though those may be in another folder

Yea...I have taken the step to go back and do vanilla + some fe mods that change level, magic increase, and road sign....it will maybe be a better play experience if not a grapich experience :)

sounds like you're missing a file from the romance mod. If you've never used said mod, sorry.

I ran into this issue over the past few days. Loading saves in most parts of Vivec just crash-to-desktoped without any rhyme or reason. For days I was pulling my hair. Turns out the issue was with Keyring.esp for some reason. If you have the keyring mod, disable it and see if that fixes your issues.

The alternative is to make sure you are NOT LOOKING at either people, doors, containers, etc... when you save. http://www.reddit.com/r/Morrowind/comments/177cf9/alternative_automatic_keyring_mod/

Since you necroed this I might as well add You should try to avoid any loading of games from an exterior location. Load games from interior locations only as they tend to be more stable not just then but also until you reach another interior location.
