The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind

The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind

Super easy money by level 2-3
This is not a cheat, or even an exploit, just good planning.

When you first start out the game, make a character with decent magical stats. Especially destruction.

now, take the silt strider to balmora, get your starter gold from caius cosades, and join the mages guild.

Buy the damage attribute effect, and use spellcrafting to make 2 spells:
Damage strength 10-15 points for 3 seconds, and damage agility 10-15 points for 3 seconds. If you don't have enough gold, you can lower the numbers a bit to fit your needs.

With these 2 spells you have everything you need to take on the assassins who like to attack you randomly when you wait. Normally these guys are super annoying early on, but if you wipe out all their strength and agility they have a hard time hurting you, and can be dispatched relatively easily.

The cool thing here is that they never stop coming after you until you finish a fairly high level quest line, and their gear sells for over 1000 gold per set without bartering. You can even farm them since they have a random chance of appearing for every hour that you wait.

I was wrong. Kill enough of them, and the assassins stop coming. Still good for 3-4K gold.

They shouldent stop comming, it just takes a bit longer and is very random. From my personal experiance I would even say being on as low health as possible will trigger them faster. Eventually you will have mutiple asassins attack you at ones, equiped with powerful deadric weapons. IIRC only finishing the tribunal expension stops them from comming. They will even follow you to Soltsheim.

Personally I have very cheesy way of buying my way to 100 atributes by stealing the gems from the Mage Guild in Balmora. There is a easy 60k worth of gems on that desk to sell. If you find that a seller lacks the gold simply buy up all his items, then resell those for his max amount of shop gold by resting 24 hours each time.

careful, i had 2 assassins at same time after i reach 20-22 levels.

yes, it is very easy gold, but vendors have limited gold supply. have to let it lapse for 24 hrs phase for them to restock gold coins.

true, but when you consider that just restoring mana to full once can take more than 24 hours of waiting, (I have an altmer with apprentice for max mana so this may vary) the wait isnt that bad.

damn guess I'm just unlucky then. I have noticed theyve been getting stronger with small poison enchantments on their daggers.

If you've played the game once, then you already know where the key to the Redoran Treasury is. If you're not interested in roleplaying, just make a beeline for it at level one, then sell it all the Mudcrab. Then train yourself up to what you want to be.

I'm a few hours in now, and I clean out every merchant with potions via 600 intelligence from enchantments. This game is everything I loved about exploitative crafting in the other elder scrolls games and then some.
