Yes. The saves are located in [your morrowind directory]\save. Also, Steam Cloud.

I guess just installing the game in the new computer will include your saved games, because of the Steam Cloud, which stores all your saves in it

I actually had no idea that steam cloud was avalible for this. I'm kinda dumb. But since i have mods installed, would it just be better if I were to move the save and the mods over manually?

Install all the mods you were using before on the new computer, and then transfer over the save files.

My hard disk died suddenly one year ago with my 4 years old Character. To my relief all my save files were in Steam. That's one of the many Steam advantages :-)

About the mods. You could just copy the original DATA FILES folder + all the .esp/.esm files. It should work. You will have to reinstall the Morrowind Code Patch and any non-regular mod though.

So I would just install the game, install the code patch and my mods and then copy my save file over? Seems easy enough.
