Something is wrong with my speed and agility

Okay guys, i've invested 70 hrs in this game, and i have to admit i'm still a noob of this

But what I am here for is something I don't understand. My Agility and Speed have decreased but I don't have any blight nor common diseases on me. This happened (or i think i noticed) when I was at Urshilaku camp, doing a quest and the weather there was a typical sand storm.

It's annoying because I can't get rid of it, I'm an Orc btw or did something put a curse on me?

Just use restore Speed/Agility spells or whatever.

Some enemies can use a damage attribute spell, so do the above, or go to a temple and pay the altar 25 gold to restore your attributes.
